One's Destination Is Never A Place But Rather A New Way Of Looking At Things

Going through lock down period due to COVID-19 have helped everyone to explore and explode their creativity out.
I can certainly say, that have seen more creativity than ever... With new born chefs, painter, avid reader, binge watcher, social media influencer. Seems like if there is down fall in a certain part of economy surely there are ups and something better to learn from all the lows in life.
Amidst such times it is so great to catch-up on all the old friends with whom you have lost contact or not on talking terms.
All these thoughts wandered in my brain when I was scrolling my Drive and reminiscing all the old memories in the form of photographs and videos that I have collected all the years. Who knew that a time will come when you can say I am free to do something, as little as going through the drive with enormous heap of memories stored in them.
Sharing with you one of such memories was of my 1st even Camping experience with my bunch of folks.
CAMPING AT PAWNA LAKE
Pawna lake also know as Pavana Dam Reservoir or pavana lake has seen a rapid rise in tourism by majorly folks from cities like Pune and Mumbai owing to the fact that the lake has its proximity with Lonavala hill station and forts such as Lohagad, Tikona and Tung.
Best season to visit is from October to March. A perfect place for family, couples and friends to have a day and night out with fun games, music and food.
We started our trip started at 4pm in the afternoon on 1st day and ended next day in the morning.
Make sure to reach an hour early than the booked time as you get a chance to choose your perfect spot and tent for best camping experience.
We choose the tents closet to the lake. It felt like the tents overlooked the lake.
With snacks and soft drinks with started our trip by clicking pictures in and around lake unaware that the best of this experience was yet to come as sun happen to set amidst the mountains.
A barbeque was waiting for us with cool lights around the camping area creating the atmosphere worth loving. Best part was the DJ night with everyone together dancing around the big campfire. Campfires for each tent was the cherry on the cake, with a cold January night and music around was the best idea to spend the entire night.
